SQA Services SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SQA Services, Inc. (“SQA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) SMS Scheduling & Dispatch Notification Program (the “SMS Program”).
By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS text messages from SQA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. SMS Program
The SQA SMS Program provides scheduling, dispatch, and other service-related notifications to employees, associates, contractors, or other individuals who have opted in to receive SMS communications from SQA.
Messages may include, but are not limited to:
• Work or assignment notifications
• Proposed work or assignment opportunities
• Scheduling information and changes
• Dispatch notifications and updates
• Assignment reminders
• Service-related notifications
• Other communications related to your work or assignments with SQA
The SMS Program is intended to provide timely information and does not replace SQA’s other systems or processes for managing assignments, scheduling, or work-related communications.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and voluntarily opting in to the SMS Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from SQA at the mobile number provided.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from SQA.
You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile phone number provided to SQA is accurate and remains current. You should notify SQA if your mobile phone number changes.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your scheduling, assignment, dispatch, and other service-related activity.
You may receive multiple messages during periods of active scheduling or assignments.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or received from SQA.
SQA is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier or other service provider.
5. How to Opt Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages from SQA at any time by replying STOP to any SQA SMS message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the SQA SMS Program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.
You may continue to receive other communications from SQA through other communication channels as necessary for scheduling, assignments, employment, contracting, or other business purposes.
6. Help and Support
For assistance with the SMS Program, contact the SQA Help Desk.
Questions regarding your assignments, scheduling, or work should be directed through the applicable SQA support or communication channels.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and current contact information;
• Maintain access to the mobile phone number provided to SQA;
• Notify SQA if you no longer control or use the mobile phone number associated with your SMS consent;
• Not use the SMS Program for unlawful purposes; and
• Follow SQA’s applicable policies, procedures, and instructions relating to assignments, scheduling, and work.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and for any activity conducted through your device.
8. Service Availability
SQA will make reasonable efforts to provide SMS notifications in a timely manner. However, SQA does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, received, or delivered without delay.
SMS delivery may be affected by mobile carriers, network availability, geographic location, device settings, technical issues, or other factors outside SQA’s reasonable control.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SQA will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, missed communication, or other consequence resulting from the failure, delay, interruption, or inability to deliver an SMS message, including circumstances caused by mobile carriers, telecommunications networks, technical failures, device issues, or other events outside SQA’s reasonable control.
The SMS Program is provided for informational and communication purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole method of receiving information regarding assignments, scheduling, or other work-related matters.
10. Privacy
SQA’s collection and use of personal information, including mobile phone numbers and information relating to your use of the SMS Program, is governed by the SQA Privacy Policy.

By participating in the SMS Program, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and used as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the SMS Program or These Terms
SQA may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS Program at any time.
SQA may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued participation in the SMS Program after changes to these Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the SMS Program will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in any applicable agreement between you and SQA.
If no separate agreement contains applicable dispute resolution provisions, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally before pursuing other available remedies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or an agreement between you and SQA.
